Shipping policy

Free Shipping on any order over $150.

Shipping on orders under $150 will be calculated at checkout.

Please allow up to 2-5 business days for order processing. Once shipped, please use the tracking number you will receive via email.

Taxes where applicable and will be presented upon check-out.

International shipments are subject to additional duties, taxes and other customs fees. bigcat.love has no control and is not responsible for these tariffs or customs fees.

We offer a Standard Flat Rate shipping for US domestic orders that takes an estimated 3-4 business days after fulfillment.

Estimated Delivery Times (EDT) are just an estimate, not a guarantee.

If you’re ever in a situation where the EDT has passed, please wait a bit longer. Then, once 5 business days have passed, get in touch with us via email and we’ll take a look.

For packages lost in transit, all claims must be submitted no later than 30 days after the Estimated Delivery Time. Send us an email at info@bigcat.love and we'll cover the costs of shipping a replacement order for you.
